Why doesn’t my care package look the same as described?
Because we work with small businesses, sometimes products are out of stock, or not available at the time your order is placed. We reserve the right to substitute products in your care package with other, similar products which are always of equal or greater value.


Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we can. If you would like a student care package delivered anywhere else in the world, please email us on info@thebestbox.co.nz

How much is shipping?
We have a flat rate of $9.99 within NZ (excluding Rural) Flat rate of $20.00 to Australia

Can I collect my order?
The Best Box is an online store only.

Damages & returns
We want to make sure that everyone loves The Best Box packages, if for some reason, somewhere in its travels the care package has been damaged, please let us know, and we will get this sorted for you. The goods must be unused and in the same condition that they were received if you need to return your items. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Do you deliveries on Saturdays?
Yes, we can, please let us know it the comment section and we will get this sorted for you. Saturday deliveries will incur an extra cost
